Please contact us to discuss your BFF’s needs. At this time, we are accepting new daycare dogs but are very limited in boarding space. Once you contact us, we will explain everything in detail, answer your questions, and help determine whether Wag Time will be a good fit for you. If you decide to enroll, we will help you through the process and make an appointment to get you started. Please bear in mind that we do need to schedule your dog's first day of play. You should allow a little extra time on your first visit, so that we have time to answer all your questions and asses your pet's personality. After your first day, we will help you decide if ongoing doggy daycare will be beneficial to your pup and make sure your expectations can be met.
Written proof of vaccinations must be provided for each pet prior to admission to our facility. We require:
be current (not expired) as directed by your veterinarian. Titers testing with acceptable antibody levels are accepted at our discretion. Dogs should be in good health; free from fleas, ticks and matts; and should be given a routine heartworm preventative. All dogs over 6 months old should be spayed or neutered in order to participate in day care. We will consider un-altered pets on a case-by-case basis, but they may not be allowed to play freely with other dogs. If separated, they will be walked and/or allowed to play in an area alone when not kenneled.
Though deposits are not needed most of the year, we do require a deposit to hold your boarding reservation over major Holidays (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). Please click here to review deposit, reservation and cancellation policies enforced over major holidays.
Because doggy daycare requires a friendly, happy atmosphere in order to be successful, it is important that your dog be comfortable playing and socializing with other dogs, and allowing a new dog into their area. For the safety of all pets and staff, we require daycare dogs to allow us (humans) to handle them when necessary. For this reason, you may observe us making them sit, stay, etc. and they will not be allowed to jump on us when leashing them or moving them around. This does not mean we don't LOVE your pet(s)! We want them to play and have fun but it is imperative for us all that they respect us and behave when asked.
We want to be flexible and here for you when you need us so appointments are not required for every visit and we will work with you as much as possible. However, there are times when we need to allow for space and staffing requirements, so we ask that you make an appointment for the following:
